Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 Pounds Peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Stick Butter melted
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, salt egg and pecans. Place peaches in a 9 inch Pie pan. Top peaches with pecan mixture. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 375o F for 35 minutes.
