Mustardy Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 LB. BABY CARROTS
- 1 CUP WHITE WINE
- 2 TBLS. THAWED APPLE-JUICE CONCENTRATE
- 1 TBLS. DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TBLS. BROWN SUGAR
Directions
Place carrots, wine and juice in covered saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid evaporates and carrots are tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer carrots to a side plate. Add mustard and brown sugar to hot pan. Cook for 1 minute, then toss with carrots. Stir and continue toasting
