Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries rinsed and picked over; discard any soft ones
- 3/4ths cup sugar or to taste
- 1/4th cup dried cranberries
- two oranges
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Zest and juice the oranges
- Add water to the orange juice to make 1 cup (juice + water)
- Put all ingredients, except the Grand Marnier, into a pot. Bring to a boil, cover partially, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add Grand Manier
- Taste for sweetness and add more sugar if necessary
