Sautéed Cabbage With Tempeh

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls. sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 6-oz. packages lemon-broiled tempeh, cut into eights
  • 1 cup sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbls. tamari

Directions

Heat oil in sauté pan. Sauté onion until soft. Add tempeh; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Add cabbages and water. Sprinkle with tamari; stir. Cover and steam until cabbage is tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
